My niece A turned 4 this year and the birthday celebration was at a Candy, Cones and Chaos place (my kind of place). We had a great time watching the kids play games and decorate their shirts. The place is pretty cool, lots of different games to play, ice cream galore and candy that I haven't seen since my childhood.
